'Me Alice' Book  - with documents......

Here's the "ME ALICE" original hardback book with near mint dust cover! I believe this was a Furnier  family copy. It's in near mint condition and was signed by Alice on the title page inside.
 In it, are the following items... 
1. official publishers letter on official letter head about the book. 
2. official reviewers card from the publisher discussing who to contact with reviews etc..
3. The letter in author Steven Gaines handwriting personally to Alice's parents comforting them that Alice will be okey in the end!
